借壳上市作为我国资本市场发展到一定阶段的产物,通过借壳上市为企业进入资本市场降低了成本和减少了时间。本文首先对壳资源价值进行理论分析,通过分析壳资源价值评估的几种方法,最后总结影响壳资源价值的主要影响因素。
Backdoor listing as a result of the development of China’s capital market to a certain stage of the product, through the backdoor listing for the enterprise to enter the capital market to reduce costs and reduce the time. In this paper, we first make a theoretical analysis on the value of shell resources. By analyzing several methods of shell resource value assessment, we conclude the main factors that affect the value of shell resources.
