通过部分结扎大鼠左肾静脉建立精索静脉曲张模型,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清抗精子抗体并观察其动态变化。结果大部分动物于结扎后两月出现抗精子抗体(阳性率为68.8%)。随着时间的延长,实验组的阳性率持续升高(阳性率:25~86.2%),而对照组只出现间断阳性。两组比较具有非常显著性差异(P<0.005)。结果提示:精索静脉曲张能够导致自身抗精子抗体产生,是造成不育的又一可能机制。
The model of varicocele was established by partially ligating the left renal vein of rats and the serum anti-sperm antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and its dynamic changes were observed. Results Most animals showed antisperm antibody two months after ligation (the positive rate was 68.8%). With the extension of time, the positive rate of experimental group continued to increase (positive rate: 25 ~ 86.2%), while the control group showed only intermittent positive. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.005). The results suggest that: varicocele can lead to their own anti-sperm antibodies, is another possible mechanism of infertility.
