本试验以新铁炮百合(Sayaka)、铁炮百合(Snowqueen)为试材进行杂交育种的初步研究。结果表明,铁炮百合比新铁炮百合自交亲和性高。以新铁炮为母本、铁炮为父本在常规授粉和切割柱头授粉下,花前常规授粉能得到蒴果,得到有胚种子,结实率高。花后切割柱头授粉不结实。以铁炮百合为母本、新铁炮百合为父本,结实率极低或者不结实。用NAA处理新铁炮百合和铁炮百合能够提高结实率和有胚种子数。新铁炮百合Sayaka与东方百合Siberia采用常规授粉方法,平均每果可得98.33粒有胚种子。
In this study, a preliminary study of hybrid breeding was conducted using Sayaka and Snowqueen as test materials. The results showed that the lilium lilium than the new iron lily self-compatibility. With the new iron cannon as the female parent, the cannonball was the male parent under conventional pollination and cutting stigma pollination, the pre-anther pollination can obtain the capsule, get the embryo seed, the seed setting rate is high. Post-pollination stigma pollination is not strong. Lille iron lily as the mother of the new Lille Lily as the male parent, seed set rate is very low or not strong. Treatment of New Lille Lille and Lille Lily with NAA increased the seed setting rate and germ number of embryos. The new iron lily Sayaka and Oriental lily Siberia using conventional pollination method, an average of 98.33 per embryo can have germ seeds.
