我厂一台民主德国DP3000型端面车床主轴轴承为滑动轴承,经使用20～30年,轴颈磨损严重,直接影响加工质量。但由于主轴与花盘的配合十分紧密,长期来不能拆卸,无法对主轴轴颈进行修磨。因此,大花盘的拆卸一直是DP3000型主轴箱大修理中的一个关键问题。后来我们应用热胀冷缩的原理,采用液氧内冷主轴轴端,用50吨液压千斤顶外顶主轴。安全拆下了直径2m、重3吨、过盈量为0.09mm的大花盘。现简介如下(参见附图):
