随着社会信息化建设的不断发展,档案管理信息化在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。医院档案管理是医院管理的重要组成部分。在这一背景下,医院档案管理面临着现代管理方法与技术的跨越式发展的考验。医院档案管理要想紧跟时代步伐,不被淘汰,就必须充分利用信息技术。因此,做好医院档案管理的信息化对医院的发展具有十分重要的作用。这也是许多医院共同关注的课题。本文主要从医院档案管理信息化的内涵出发,阐述了加强医院档案管理信息化的意义,提出加强医院档案管理信息化的措施。希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,助医院档案管理工作上一个新台阶。
With the continuous development of social information construction, file management information has been widely used in various fields. Hospital file management is an important part of hospital management. Under this background, hospital archives management faces the challenge of a leap-forward development of modern management methods and technologies. If hospital archives management is to keep up with the times and not be eliminated, it must make full use of information technology. Therefore, the informatization of hospital archives management plays an important role in the development of hospitals. This is also a topic of common concern for many hospitals. This article mainly starts from the connotation of the hospital’s file management informationization, expounds the significance of strengthening the information management of the hospital’s file management, and puts forward measures to strengthen the informatization of the hospital’s file management.
