[目的]观察新生化颗粒联合米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组28例米非司酮50mg/次,2次/d,口服,服药前后均需空腹2h。治疗组28例新生化颗粒2袋/次,2次/d,热水冲服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、阴道流血,血β-h CG、宫内异常占位回声、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率96.43%;对照组显效10例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率89.28%;两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。阴道流血停止时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]新生化颗粒联合米非司酮治疗人工流产术后宫腔残留,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of new biochemical particles combined with mifepristone in the treatment of residual uterine cavity after induced abortion. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 56 cases of inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the lot number. In the control group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 89.28% P> 0.05). The vaginal bleeding time was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Neo-biochemical particles combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine cavity residual after induced abortion, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
