众所周知,调查研究是无产阶级新闻采访的一个重要方式,也是党的新闻工作一个优良传统。因此,我们的新闻采访从来重视调查研究。一向强调调查研究。第一节怎样看待调查研究从新闻采访工作来说,怎样看待调查研究,自然涉及新闻采访和调查研究之间的关系。对于这个问题,在新闻界有种种说法和看法。其主要论点有三: 一、有的同志说,采访就是调查研究。把新闻采访和调查研究划等号。这也就是说,一切采访活动都是调查研究。二、有的同志认为,记者(通讯员)的采访不等于调查研究。应当说,采访的好,写出了好稿,才是调查研究的结果。否则,采访得不好,没有写出好稿,就不应当说是调查研究。三、有的同志主张,有的采访活动是调查研究,有的采访活动不能说是调查研究。这就是说,调查研究作为一种采访方式,是有条件的、有要求的、有目的的。我是赞同第三个论点,既不能把一切采访活动都说成是调查研究,也不能以采访得好或不好来认定是

I agree with the third argument that neither of the interview activities can be regarded as a research study or an interview can not be judged as good or bad
