关于高原地区健康儿童免疫功能正常值的资料较少,于1980年我院儿保科组织西宁地区部分单位入托的学令前儿童体格检查时,在经检查的正常健康儿童中检测了578名免疫值,结果如下: 一、检查对象: 一岁以内至七岁的健康儿童共578人,其中包括男275人、女303人。民族:汉族540人、回族38人。二、检查内容及方法: (一)免疫球旦白(IgG、IgA、IgM)。采用卫生部生物制品所(北京)出产的单向免疫扩散板,以该所出产的工作标准绘制标准曲线,结果(见表1)。
There are few data on the normal immune function of healthy children in plateau area. In 1980, the prenatal physical examination of some children in Xining district of our hospital examined 578 immunization values among the normal healthy children , The results are as follows: First, the object of examination: a total of 578 people aged from one year to seven years old healthy children, including 275 males and 303 females. Nationalities: 540 Han, 38 Hui people. Second, check the content and methods: (a) immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM). Using the one-way immunodiffusion plate produced by the Ministry of Health Biological Products (Beijing), the standard curve was drawn based on the working standard produced by the Ministry of Health (see Table 1).
