杭州市日用化学工业公司始建于1980年,是市轻工业局下面的一个二级公司,管辖杭州东南化工厂、油脂化工厂、牙膏厂、孔凤春化妆品厂、香料厂五个企业,是一个地道的政企混一公司。1985年初以来,我们按照中央和省、市的指示精神,坚持改革,还权于政,放权给厂,积极转轨变型,成为独立核算、自负盈亏、照章纳税、自主经营的经营服务型公司,是全市第一家由行政性公司转轨变型的企业。
