新修订的《消费者权益保护法》将于明年3月15日起实施。修改后的新《消法》,在新型消费方式、格式条款、欺诈赔偿等方面都有新规定。针对消费者对这些新规定的疑问,笔者进行了相关采访。一问:网购退货真的方便了吗?新《消法》规定:经营者采用网络、电视、电话、邮购等方式销售商品,消费者有权自收到商品之日起7日内退货,且无需说明理由。为防止权利滥用,有关条款也列明了不宜退货的情形。
