目的建立不同液相色谱仪测定辣椒油中维生素E的含量测定方法。方法在相同试验条件下,采用不同液相色谱仪测定辣椒油中维生素E的含量。以维生素E为标准物质,C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,甲醇为流动相洗脱,紫外检测,流速1.0 ml/min。结果维生素E线性范围10~80μg/ml,3台仪器测得维生素E的相关系数分别为0.9978、0.9990、0.9998,加标回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为97.8%、1.8%,98.2%、0.92%,99.4%、0.53%。结论超高效液相色谱法试剂简单,操作简便,结果重现性好,准确快速,回收率高,适用于辣椒油中维生素E含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of vitamin E in chili oil by different liquid chromatographs. Methods Under the same experimental conditions, the content of vitamin E in chili oil was determined by different liquid chromatographs. Using vitamin E as standard material, a C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the separation column. Methanol was used as the mobile phase to elute with UV detection at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. Results The linear range of vitamin E was 10 ~ 80μg / ml. The correlation coefficients of vitamin E measured by three instruments were 0.9978, 0.9990 and 0.9998, respectively. The recoveries and relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 97.8%, 1.8% and 98.2% , 0.92%, 99.4%, 0.53%. Conclusion The reagents of UPLC are simple, easy to operate, reproducible, accurate and rapid, with high recovery rate. It is suitable for the determination of vitamin E content in chili oil.
