文章从法理学的角度探讨了公平与效率的含义和二者之间的关系,阐述并分析了我国对公平与效率理论研究的两个阶段,对促进我国公平与效率的和谐提出了一些建议,指出法律是调整公平与效率关系的最佳手段。
The article explores the meaning of fairness and efficiency and the relationship between the two from the perspective of jurisprudence, expounds and analyzes the two stages of the study on fairness and efficiency in our country, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the harmony of our country’s fairness and efficiency. Point out that law is the best way to adjust the relationship between fairness and efficiency.
