探讨围产儿死亡原因,提高诊断准确率与治疗效果,是围产医学的主要课题之一。最近我们温习我院及湛江农垦医院、湛江市人民医院、湛江地区人民医院自1959年3月～1981年2月送检的死亡围产儿尸解资料137例,按病理解剖所显示的主要致死原因分类统计,同一病例,可有2～3种病变,均以其主要致死原因为主,在温习与统计的过程中,发现与国内其他地区所报道的有所不同,现报道于后,供参考。一、资料统计本文137例分为4组:1.死胎组:在正
