由国际纯粹与应用化学协会(IUPAC)主办的第廿八届高分子讨论会,于1983年9月5日至9日在布加勒斯特召开。有35个国家800多位代表参加。会议有全会报告4篇,邀请报告52篇,均系组委会邀请在某方面比较有贡献的专家来作。摘要报告及展讲共613篇。会议分为高分子的化学、结构与性能、工艺、加工、热稳定性、改性和用途等七个分组同时进行。这次会议反映了高分子学科各方面在原有基础上的进展,增进了与会化学家之间的友谊。
The 28th Symposium organized by the International Association of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) was held in Bucharest from September 5 to September 9, 1983. More than 800 delegates from 35 countries participated. The conference has 4 plenary reports and 52 invitation reports, both of which are invited by the organizing committee to make contributions in some aspects. Summary Report and Exhibition a total of 613 articles. Meeting divided into polymer chemistry, structure and performance, technology, processing, thermal stability, modification and use of seven sub-groups at the same time. The meeting reflected the progress of all aspects of the polymer discipline on the basis of the original and enhanced the friendship among the participating chemists.
