目的研究微波辅助萃取马铃薯叶中茄尼醇的工艺条件。方法以95%乙醇为提取溶媒,以反相高效液相色谱法为定量测定方法,考察料液比、辐射时间、微波功率、萃取温度和萃取次数等因素对微波辅助萃取马铃薯叶中茄尼醇提取率和浸膏得率的影响,并与索氏提取法进行了比较。结果微波辅助萃取马铃薯叶中茄尼醇的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶10,微波功率450W,萃取温度55℃,提取2次,每次20min。结论应用微波辅助萃取马铃薯叶中的茄尼醇具有萃取时间短,萃取效率高,节约能耗等优点,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective To study the technological conditions of solanesol extraction by microwave in potato leaves. Methods 95% ethanol was used as extraction solvent, and RP-HPLC method was used for quantitative determination of solanesol in leaves of potato. The effects of material-liquid ratio, irradiation time, microwave power, extraction temperature and extraction times were investigated. Extraction rate and extract yield, and compared with Soxhlet extraction method. Results The optimum extraction conditions of solanesol in potato leaves by microwave assisted extraction were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:10, the microwave power was 450W, the extraction temperature was 55 ℃, and the extraction time was 20min. Conclusion The application of microwave-assisted extraction of solanesol in potato leaves has the advantages of short extraction time, high extraction efficiency and energy saving, which has a good application prospect.
