目前,“七五”科技项目均已进行至最后阶段,项目的科研过程和管理过程也都到了较为关键的时刻。因此,加强这一阶段的科技管理工作,对提高科技成果的水平和成果的迅速推广,都是非常重要的.一、主要问题“七五”期间的科技项目,开始研究以来,大致出现如下几方面的问题:(一)项目进展不平衡首先分析一下我校承担“七五”科技项目的基本情况。
