作者在二年中对上海某缝纫机厂接触二甲苯较为单一的工人44名进行血象变化的动态观察。反复测定各车间的空气毒物时间加权平均浓度(TWAa),共10个测定点中有6个点,(TWAa)>100mg/m~3。尿中甲基马尿酸量与车头浸漆等四岗位二次(TWAa)均值呈相关性。结果表明,无论白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板均值二年四次随访中未见有降低倾向,仅在一定阶段内发现接触工人有一过性的轻度贫血及血小板减少。在测定姐妹单体交换率时,发现淋巴细胞增殖有抑制现象。染色体核型分析,结构畸变与对照组比则无意义。作者等认为二甲苯对造血系统影响尚不能掉以轻心,很可能对血细胞有轻度影响,对二甲苯在工业上安全使用问题有重行评价的必要。
In two years, the author conducted a dynamic observation of blood changes in 44 workers who were exposed to a single xylene in a sewing machine factory in Shanghai.
