以一种新型的剪叉式拖车的拖架装置为研究对象,利用Solidworks软件拖架装置进行参数化建模,然后导入ANSYS Workbench软件模拟拖架的受载情况,得到应力与变形分布云图;对拖架进行了拓扑优化和目标驱动优化,为后续对剪叉式拖车整体设计提供了参考。
A new scissor-type trailer towing device was selected as the research object. The software was used to conduct parametric modeling with Solidworks software. Then ANSYS Workbench software was used to simulate the loading condition of the towbar to obtain the stress and deformation distribution maps. The tractor is optimized by topology and optimized by target, which provides references for the overall design of scissor-type trailers.
