香蕉是我省的大宗水果。为了充分利用我省丰富的香蕉残茎败叶资源,南安县科委于1986年进行了袋栽金针菇试验,取得成功。袋平均产金针菇221克,生物效率110.5％。方法:先收集残蕉茎、败叶经水洗去污、晒干、切段、破碎处理;按蕉茎100％,加22％麦麸、1％碳酸钙,1％蔗糖、0.3％磷酸二氢钾,以常规的拌料方法拌均,含水量调节至65％;
