The success or failure of a company depends largely on the political quality and professional quality of the company’s director. According to statistics from foreign countries, about one-half of every 100 new companies in the West have closed down within two years, and the vast majority of failures have been due to the lack of leadership. Since 1984, China has made adjustments to the leadership groups of large and medium-sized enterprises across the country. The age structure and cultural structure have improved, but the knowledge structure still does not adapt. The more common is the theory of socialist economics and
