目的对大果榕Ficus auriculata根的化学成分进行研究。方法采用正、反相硅胶色谱、凝胶色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果从大果榕根95%乙醇冷浸提取物的醋酸乙酯部位分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、α-香树脂醇(2)、6β-羟基-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(4)、豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(5)、3-(1-羟乙基)-7-羟基异苯并呋喃酮(6)、(R)-(+)-de-O-methyllasiodiplodin(7)、前胡醇(8)、()-3,5-dimethyl-8-methoxy-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin(9)、(R)-()-mellein methyl ethe(r10)、5-formyl-8-hydroxy-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin(11)、(R)-()-5-methoxycarbonyl mellein(12)、β-胡萝卜苷(13)。结论除化合物1外,所有化合物均为首次从大果榕中分离得到,其中化合物4~12为首次从榕属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ficus auriculata. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reverse phase silica gel chromatography, gel chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified based on spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanolic cold-soaked extract of big-fruiting banyan root and identified as β-sitosterol (1), α-amyrin (2), 6β-hydroxy- (4), stigmaster-7,22-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (5), 3- (6), (R) - (+) - de-O-methyllasiodiplodin (7) (R) - () - mellein methyl ethe (r10), 5-formyl-8-hydroxy- 3,4-dihydroisocoumarin (11) - () - 5-methoxycarbonyl mellein (12), beta-daucosterol (13). Conclusion All the compounds except for compound 1 were isolated from Ficus for the first time. Among them, compounds 4 to 12 were isolated from Ficus for the first time.
