研究川贝枇杷膏中远期毒性及其免疫功能、SOD酶的活性。按中华人民共和国国家标准《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》中的有关方法进行,大鼠血清SOD含量测定用南京建成生物工程研究所提供的试剂盒。川贝枇杷膏的LDso>15000mg/Kg,属无毒级;其对动物体重、血液常规及生化等各项指标均无明显的损伤作用,病理组织学检查肝、肾未见毒性病理改变。红细胞总数增加,血清中球蛋白含量增加;T-SOD、CuZn-SOD、Mn-SOD含量均高于对照组。川贝枇杷膏为无毒、且可能刺激机体骨髓造血机能,提高机体免疫水平,抗氧化作用的食品。
To study the long-term toxicity, immune function and SOD enzyme activity of Chuanbei Loquat cream. According to the relevant method in the National Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation Procedures and Methods of the People’s Republic of China, serum SOD in rats was measured using the kit provided by Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute. The LDso > 15000mg/Kg is a non-toxic grade; it has no obvious damage to animal weight, blood routine and biochemical indicators, and histopathological examination of liver and kidney did not show toxic pathological changes. The total number of red blood cells increased, and the content of globulin in serum increased; the contents of T-SOD, CuZn-SOD, and Mn-SOD were higher than those in the control group. Chuanbei tincture is non-toxic and may stimulate the body’s bone marrow hematopoietic function, improve the body’s immune level, antioxidant foods.
