目的:观察唑来膦酸注射液联合新癀片治疗骨转移癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法:恶性肿瘤骨转移患者10例,予唑来膦酸注射液4mg加入生理盐水100ml缓慢滴注,滴注时间15min,4周1次。同时口服新癀片,每日3次,每次2片,服药2d。用药后观察2周。结果:10例中显效(CR)6例,有效(PR)4例,总有效率(CR+PR)为100%。结论:联合使用唑来膦酸注射液和新癀片能有效改善恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的疼痛评分及生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid injection combined with nephew tablets in the treatment of pain of bone metastases. Methods: 10 cases of malignant tumor with bone metastasis were treated with 4 mg zoledronic acid injection and 100 ml normal saline. The instillation time was 15 minutes and the dosage was 4 weeks. At the same time oral new tablets, 3 times a day, each 2 tablets, medication 2d. After treatment for 2 weeks. Results: In 10 cases, 6 cases were markedly effective (CR) and 4 cases were effective (PR). The total effective rate (CR + PR) was 100%. Conclusion: The combination of zoledronic acid injection and neo-shuang tablet can effectively improve the pain score and quality of life in patients with malignant bone metastasis.
