本文分析了我国中职教育集团化办学的政策与机制方面存在的诸多问题,建议政府部门合理定位政府角色,创设良好的办学环境,让理论探究、科学论证成为制定政策的依据;增强服务意识,优化办学机制。
This paper analyzes many problems existing in the policy and mechanism of the collectivization of secondary vocational education in our country. It is suggested that government departments should rationally locate the role of government and establish a good environment for running schools so as to make theoretical inquiry and scientific justification the basis for formulating policies; enhance service awareness, Optimize the school running mechanism.
