目的:分析ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3n +、CD4n +的表达,并分析二者与患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗预后的关系。n 方法:抽取2018年3月至2020年6月于武警河南总队医院行PCI治疗的105例STEMI患者,PCI治疗后随访6个月,以患者随访期间不良心血管事件发生情况作为短期预后观察指标并分组,分为预后不良组与预后良好组。调查并记录两组患者的基线资料,入院时均检测外周血CD3n +、CD4n +水平,分析外周血CD3n +、CD4n +水平与STEMI患者PCI治疗预后的关系。n 结果:PCI后随访6个月,105例患者中预后不良22例(20.95%),纳入预后不良组;预后良好83例(79.05%),纳入预后良好组。预后不良组外周血CD3n +、CD4n +水平低于预后良好组(n P0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,外周血CD3n +、CD4n +低表达与STEMI患者PCI治疗预后不良有关(n P<0.05)。n 结论:外周血CD3n +、CD4n +水平与STEMI患者PCI治疗预后有关,外周血CD3n +、CD4n +低表达提示患者预后不良风险较大。n “,”Objective:To analyze the expression of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets cluster of differentiation (CD) 3n + and CD4n + in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), and to analyze their relationship with the prognosis of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).n Methods:A total of 105 STEMI patients who underwent PCI in Henan Armed Police Corps Hospital from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected. They were followed up for 6 months after PCI. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up period was used as index to assess short-term prognosis, by which the selected patients were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group. The baseline data of patients in the two group were investigated and recorded. And the levels of peripheral blood CD3n + and CD4n + were measured at admission. The relationship of levels of CD3n + and CD4n + in peripheral blood with the prognosis of PCI in patients with STEMI was analyzed.n Results:All the 105 patients were followed up for 6 months after PCI. Among them, 22 patients (20.95%) had poor prognosis, included into the poor prognosis group; 83 patients (79.05%) had good prognosis, included into the good prognosis group.The levels of CD3n + and CD4n + in peripheral blood of patients in the poor prognosis group were lower than those of patients in the good prognosis group (n P0.05). Results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the low expression levels of CD3n + and CD4n + in peripheral blood were related to the poor prognosis of PCI in STEMI patients (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:The levels of CD3n + and CD4n + in peripheral blood are related to the prognosis of PCI in patients with STEMI. The low expression level of CD3n + and CD4n + in peripheral blood suggests high risk of poor prognosis.n
