本文使用Design-Expert8.0.6进行Box-Behnken试验设计,利用“响应面法”研究水胶比、骨胶比、再生骨料掺量、砂率对再生骨料透水混凝土抗压强度和透水系数的影响。建立拟合度高的影响因素二次模型,通过设置透水系数和抗压强度响应值优化影响因素进行配合比设计并验证。试验结果表明,对再生骨料透水混凝土抗压强度影响程度由强到弱的顺序为骨胶比、砂率、水胶比和再生骨料掺量;对透水系数的影响程度由强到弱的顺序为水胶比、骨胶比、再生骨料掺量和砂率;利用“响应面法”进行再生骨料透水混凝土配合比设计优化是可行的。

The test results show that the order of the effect of recycled aggregate pervious concrete compressive strength from strong to weak is the ratio of bone glue, sand, water-binder ratio and recycled aggregate content; the order of influence on permeability coefficient is from strong to weak It is feasible to design and optimize the mix proportion of recycled aggregate permeable concrete by the method of “response surface method”.
