关于使用脊髓灰质炎活疫苗(OPV)和死疫苗(IPV)利弊的争论已持续多年。争论的焦点之一是 OPV 相关病例问题。这个问题关系到预防接种的措施、方针,以及将来彻底控制人类脊髓灰质炎的前景。因此,了解和研究 OPV 相关病例是有意义的,本文拟就下述问题作扼要介绍。
The debate over the pros and cons of using live and final vaccines against poliomyelitis (OPV) has been going on for years. One of the debates is OPV related case questions. The issue concerns the measures and guidelines for immunization and the prospect of total control of human polio in the future. Therefore, it is significant to understand and study OPV related cases. This article is intended to give a brief introduction of the following issues.
