目的观察子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入临床效果。方法对2例胎盘植入患者行子宫动脉栓塞术治疗。结果 2例患者均取得较好的治疗效果。结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗胎盘植入的应用,不但提高了疗效、安全性高、减少并发症,同时可保留生育功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of placenta accreta. Methods Two cases of placenta accreta were treated with uterine artery embolization. Results 2 patients achieved better therapeutic effect. Conclusion The application of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of placenta accreta has not only improved curative effect, high safety and reduced complication, but also retained the function of childbearing.
