应用化学发光法研究了药食兼用的中药荷叶提取液对体外氧自由基发生系统:黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生的超氧阴高子及Fenton体系产生的羟自由基和用过硫酸铵-N,N,N',N',-四甲基乙二胺体系产生的氧自由基的清除作用,同时研究了荷叶提取液对果蝇寿命的影响。结果表明,荷叶提取液对上述系统产生的氧自由基具有很强的清除能力,并能显著延长雌雄果蝇的寿命。
The chemiluminescence method was used to study the effect of the combined extracts of lotus leaf with traditional Chinese medicine on the oxygen free radicals in vitro: the superoxide anion production by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system and the hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton system, Ammonium - N, N, N ’, N’, - tetramethylethylenediamine system of oxygen free radicals scavenging role, while the lotus leaf extract on the life span of fruit flies. The results showed that lotus leaf extract on the system of oxygen free radicals have a strong ability to scavenge, and can significantly prolong the life span of male and female flies.
