身体不适只需打个电话,就有经验丰富、医术精湛的医生上门服务;即使需要输液,也不必出家门;老病号还能享受医护人员定期上门查体、观察病情、对症下药;住院费、治疗费、上门费全部减免……这些看起来十分诱人的情景并非虚构,在我国部分社区已经实现,这就是社区卫生服务所能提供的内容。我国计划在2010年建成较为完善的城市社区卫生服务体系,使城市居民能够以低廉的费用享受到优质的服务,提高人民健康水平。如今距离2010年还有6年,城市社区卫生服务体系建立得怎么样了呢?我们选取了国内四个大城市,对社区卫生服务进行了一番调查。

China plans to build a relatively complete urban community health service system in 2010 so that urban residents can enjoy high-quality services and improve people’s health at a low cost. Now that there are six years away from 2010, how is the establishment of an urban community health service system? We have selected four major cities in China to conduct investigations on community health services.
