目的:研究光量子自血疗法,对急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择本院2007年9月~2008年10月住院的急性脑梗死患者65例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,观察治疗前后血流动力学指标及神经功能缺损评分的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较,血流动力学中的全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切、红细胞刚性指数、血浆纤维蛋白原均下降(P<0.05),临床神经功能缺损程度减轻(P<0.05),未发现不良反应。结论:光量子自血疗法可改善脑梗死患者血流动力学的情况,尤其是降低血液黏度,增强红细胞变形能力,使临床症状得到明显改善,其治疗效果安全可靠。
Objective: To study the effect of photon self-blood therapy on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 65 acute cerebral infarction patients hospitalized in our hospital from September 2007 to October 2008 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Changes of hemodynamics and neurological deficit scores before and after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, the hemodynamic hemodynamic parameters such as low whole blood viscosity, high whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index and plasma fibrinogen decreased (P <0.05), and the degree of clinical neurological deficit Reduce (P <0.05), no adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: Quantum auto-hematinic therapy can improve the hemodynamics of patients with cerebral infarction, especially reduce the blood viscosity, enhance the ability of erythrocyte deformability and improve the clinical symptoms. The therapeutic effect is safe and reliable.
