离退休职工是一个特殊的群体,他们曾为国家建设做出巨大的贡献,离退休职工管理工作的好坏直接关系到离退休职工队伍的稳定,关系到社会的稳定。这就要求离退休职工管理部门要积极推进构建和谐离退休职工队伍的进程。本文从以下几个方面浅谈了维护离退休职工队伍稳定的工作理念:一、树立依法服务的理念,促进和谐队伍的法治建设;二、强化以人为本理念,实现和谐队伍的宗旨目标;三、落实科学发展理念,适应和谐队伍的发展要求;四、推进制度社会化理念,融入和谐队伍的主流趋势;五、实行制度与服务相结合的理念,共奏和谐队伍的主流旋律。
Retired employees are a special group. They have made tremendous contributions to national construction. The management of retired employees has a direct bearing on the stability of retired employees and on the stability of society. This requires the retired staff management departments to actively promote the process of building a harmonious retired workforce. This article discusses the work concept of maintaining the stability of retired employees from the following aspects: 1. Establishing the concept of legal service and promoting the legal construction of a harmonious team; 2. Strengthening the people-oriented concept and achieving the purpose and goal of a harmonious team; 3. Implementation The concept of scientific development meets the requirements for the development of a harmonious team. Fourth, it promotes the concept of institutional socialization and integrates the mainstream trends of a harmonious team. Fifth, it implements the concept of combining systems and services, and plays the mainstream melody of a harmonious team.
