糖尿病夏科关节病又称糖尿病神经关节病,是一种相对少见的糖尿病慢性并发症,夏科足特指发生在糖尿病患者足部的夏科关节病,好发于DPN的患者,因其临床表现隐匿常被临床医师漏诊或误诊,易导致不良的临床结局。本文报道一例长期被漏诊的糖尿病夏科足患者,足部多个关节骨折移位、畸形,引发足底无痛性溃疡,最终并发严重感染而导致截肢。通过总结该病例的诊治过程旨在复习夏科足的规范化诊疗原则,提高临床对夏科足的诊断率。
Diabetes Siamese arthrosis, also known as Diabetic Neuropathy, is a relatively uncommon chronic complication of Diabetes. Siamese refers specifically to Sickarth’s arthropathy, which occurs in the feet of diabetic patients and occurs in patients with DPN because of its clinical Implicit performance often missed by clinicians or misdiagnosis, easily lead to adverse clinical outcomes. This article reports an example of diabetics who have been missed for a long time in the pediatric patients with foot fractures of multiple joints shift, deformity, causing painless ulcer plantar, eventually complicated by severe infection and lead to amputation. By summarizing the diagnosis and treatment of this case, the aim is to review the standardization diagnosis and treatment of Xiakezu and to improve the diagnosis rate of Xiakezu.
