“健康住宅”是2003年北京楼市的关键词之一,对于普通购房者它意味着低容积率、高绿化、通风、采光等回归自然的“境界”。2004年始,“节能”、“环保”、“生态”、“零排放”等“绿色”语汇与住宅建筑结合更为紧密,专家相信,太阳能高科技成为住宅由“健康”升级为“绿色”、开启绿色家园的金钥匙。去年年底23个城市拉闸停电,今年再用电高峰期可能达到27个,这样的现状让我们不得不正视建筑能耗问题。
