长期压力负荷增高引起的心肌纤维化可增加心血管不良事件的发生,严重影响高血压的预后和治疗。研究显示药物可逆转心肌纤维化以改善心脏功能。近年来发现除部分降压药外,还有很多其他药物如糜蛋白抑制剂、选择性醛固酮拮抗剂、过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体激动剂等也可逆转心肌纤维化。现就高血压性心肌纤维化的药物治疗研究报道进行综述。
Long-term stress load caused by myocardial fibrosis can increase the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events, seriously affecting the prognosis and treatment of hypertension. Research shows that drugs can reverse myocardial fibrosis to improve heart function. In recent years, in addition to some antihypertensive drugs found, there are many other drugs such as chymotrypsin inhibitors, selective aldosterone antagonists, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor agonists can also reverse myocardial fibrosis. Now on hypertensive myocardial fibrosis drug treatment research reports are reviewed.
