高职院校的学生生源质量参差不齐,导致多数学生学习态度懒散,纪律和团队意识淡漠,强调个人权利而又忽视个人义务,为学生管理工作带来了很大的困难,使辅导员面临问题呈现出复杂化和多样化。本文以笔者在学生管理工作中遇到的实际案例作为落脚点,对高职院校学生的纪律作风培养进行了探索和分析。
The quality of students in vocational colleges is uneven, which leads most students to laziness, indifference in discipline and team awareness, emphasizing individual rights while ignoring personal obligations, which brings great difficulties to student management and makes counselors face The problem is complicated and diversified. Based on the actual case that the author encountered in student management work, this article explores and analyzes the cultivation of discipline style of students in higher vocational colleges.
