利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,建立了立轧-平轧的三维弹塑性有限元模型。研究了热轧带钢粗轧阶段不同的立辊侧压量、水平辊压下量、板坯的原始宽度和厚度对轧后中间坯头、尾部失宽量的影响,据此建立了新的控制头尾失宽的短行程控制曲线模型,并成功应用于现场自动宽度控制(AWC)系统中。通过轧件全长宽度与目标宽度的现场实测偏差可知,新的短行程控制模型能够有效减小轧件头尾失宽量,从而减少切除损失。
Using ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element analysis software, established three-dimensional vertical rolling - flat rolling elasto-plastic finite element model. The effects of different side roll pressure, horizontal roll reduction, initial slab width and thickness on roll-off of head and tail of slab after hot rolling are studied, and a new Control short head and tail loss control curve model of short stroke, and successfully applied to the site automatic width control (AWC) system. Through the field measured deviation between the full width of the rolling element and the target width, the new short stroke control model can effectively reduce the head-to-tail width loss and reduce the cutting loss.
