采用案例推理技术建立轧制规程案例库,并通过KDD挖掘技术从轧制运行数据库发现案例修改规则以适应不同轧制条件和不同轧制规格,由此建立一种基于经验和知识模型的热轧负荷分配法。试验表明,该方法提高了问题求解效率和质量,且更符合实际生产特点。
Case-based reasoning technology was used to establish the rolling procedure case base and KDD mining technique was used to find the case modification rules from the rolling operation database to adapt to different rolling conditions and different rolling specifications, thus establishing a hot rolling model based on experience and knowledge Load distribution method. Experiments show that this method improves the efficiency and quality of problem solving, and more in line with the actual production characteristics.
