20 April 2001 The 3rd meeting of the Interim Commission on Phytosanitary Measures of the United Nations (FAO) took place in Rome from April 2-6. The meeting included more than 1,900 delegates from 94 FAO member countries, five RPPOs, and seventeen observers from nine international organizations such as the WTO.
