目的了解塘沽区已婚育龄妇女的生殖健康状况,为制定有效的干预措施提供参考依据。方法对本区14 525名育龄妇女进行生殖健康检查,按照生活、工作环境分组,采取整群随机抽样的方法,分别从三组中抽取育龄妇女共3 000例(企事业、城区、农村的育龄妇女各1 000例),并对其生殖健康档案记录资料进行统计分析。结果本区育龄妇女生殖系统总患病率为67.66%,生殖道感染患病率最高为52.50%,其次为乳腺疾病患病率为40.77%,不同年龄、妊娠次数、工作生活环境的育龄妇女生殖道感染的患病率存在差异(P<0.01),乳腺疾病患病率受工作、生活环境的影响比较大,三组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),企事业40岁以上的育龄妇女生殖器肿瘤患病率显著高于其他组别。结论本区育龄妇女生殖健康状况令人堪忧,可通过全方位的生殖健康科普知识宣传,深入推动生殖健康查体工作,提高他们对健康的自我保护意识,建立健全生殖健康促进工程,最大限度的降低生殖系统疾病对育龄妇女身心健康的危害。
Objective To understand the reproductive health of married women of childbearing age in Tanggu District and provide reference for making effective interventions. Methods A total of 14 525 women of childbearing age in our district were examined for reproductive health. According to the living and working environment, a total of 3 000 women of childbearing age were randomly selected from three groups (women of childbearing age in enterprises, urban areas and rural areas, Each 1 000 cases), and their reproductive health records data for statistical analysis. Results The total prevalence of reproductive system in women of childbearing age in this area was 67.66%, the highest prevalence of reproductive tract infection was 52.50%, followed by the prevalence of breast disease was 40.77%. The reproductive age of women of childbearing age with different age, pregnancy frequency and working life The prevalence of pathological infection was different (P <0.01). The prevalence of breast disease was significantly affected by working and living environment, with significant difference between the three groups (P <0.01) The prevalence of genital tumors in women of childbearing age was significantly higher than the other groups. Conclusion Reproductive health status of women of childbearing age in this area is worrying. Through all-around publicity of popular science knowledge of reproductive health, it can deeply promote the physical examination of reproductive health, raise their awareness of self-protection of health and establish a sound reproductive health promotion project.
