体内脂类易受自由基攻击而发生过氧化作用,生成脂类过氧化物及其分解产物丙二醛等醛类物质,醛类物质与蛋白质结合生成水溶性荧光物质。维生素E与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶等是体内抗过氧化作用的双重防线。本文报道我们测定的正常人血清中脂类过氧化物、丙二醛、水溶性荧光物质、维生素E及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的正常参考值。
Lipids in the body vulnerable to free radical attack and the occurrence of peroxidation, lipid peroxide and its decomposition products such as malondialdehyde and other aldehyde substances, aldehydes and proteins combine to produce water-soluble fluorescent substances. Vitamin E and glutathione peroxidase is the dual anti-peroxidation in vivo dual line of defense. This article reports the normal reference values for lipid peroxides, malondialdehyde, water-soluble fluorophores, vitamin E and glutathione peroxidase in normal human serum.
