吸烟者肺癌发生率在90%以上,同时其它肿瘤的发生率也很高。但吸烟者肺泡巨噬细胞的内在杀瘤活性和该细胞对外源性巨噬细胞活化剂的反应能力尚未见报道。本文就此问题进行了研究。试验对象为45名健康志愿者,其中27名为吸烟者,18名为非吸烟者。经纤维支气管镜冲洗肺泡,收集的灌洗液通过血液过滤器,以后经离心获取肺泡巨噬细胞。用 Leuco PREP 离心法从肝素抗凝血中获得单核细胞。所检测的指标包括:用酶免疫分析微板法测过氧阴离子产量,用(?)H-TdR 标记靶细胞(包括 SK-MEL28黑色素瘤、CRL1718、星形细胞瘤、
The incidence of lung cancer in smokers in more than 90%, while the incidence of other tumors is also high. However, the intrinsic antitumor activity of smoker alveolar macrophages and the ability of the cells to respond to exogenous macrophage activators have not been reported. This article has carried on the research to this question. The subjects were 45 healthy volunteers, of whom 27 were smokers and 18 were non-smokers. Fluorescent broncho-alveolar lavage, lavage collected through the blood filter, after centrifugation to obtain alveolar macrophages. Monocytes were obtained from heparin anticoagulant using Leuco PREP centrifugation. The indicators tested included peroxyanion production by enzyme immunoassay microplates, labeling of target cells with (-) H-TdR, including SK-MEL28 melanoma, CRL1718, astrocytoma,
