設計工程机械的行走装置时,应該首先解决的重要問題有: (1)为提高在松軟地面上作业的通行能力,如何决定輪胎的形状与尺寸。(2)为提高与砂砾、泥土直接接触部分的耐磨性,如何选择这部分的形状、金属材料与热处理工艺。(3)为保护軸承等潤滑部分,避免尘砂、泥水的侵入,怎样才能得到良好的密封。本篇仅就(1) (2)两項予以討論。1.在松软地面上的通行能力1.1 牵引力、推力与运动阻力的关系: P——牵引力(Drawbar Pull):对外部作功能有效利用的力。
Important issues that should be addressed when designing a running gear for construction machinery are: (1) How to determine the shape and size of the tire in order to increase the capacity of operations on soft ground. (2) In order to improve the wear resistance of the part directly in contact with gravel and soil, how to select the shape, metal material and heat treatment process of this part. (3) How to obtain a good seal to protect the lubrication parts such as bearings from dust and mud. This section discusses only the two items (1) and (2). 1.
