以黑柄炭角菌不同组织(天然菌核、天然子座、栽培子座以及发酵菌丝)为材料,采用氨基酸自动分析仪进行了水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸的组成和含量测定。结果表明,黑柄炭角菌不同组织含有17种水解氨基酸,总量为121.521~271.594mg/g,其中必需氨基酸7种,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量(E/T)39.87%~57.60%。同时测得游离氨基酸29种,其中必需氨基酸8种。无论是氨基酸总量还是必需氨基酸含量均为:栽培子座>天然子座>天然菌核。黑柄炭角菌氨基酸种类多含量高,在医学和营养学上都有较高的研究价值,具有良好的开发利用前景。
The structures and contents of hydrolyzed amino acids and free amino acids were determined by automatic amino acid analyzer with different tissues (natural sclerotium, natural, semen and fermented mycelia) as raw materials. The results showed that there were 17 kinds of hydrolyzed amino acids in different tissues of C. obliquus, with the total amount of 121.521-2771.594 mg / g, including 7 kinds of essential amino acids and the essential amino acids accounting for 39.87% -57.60% of the total amino acids (E / T). At the same time, 29 kinds of free amino acids were detected, of which 8 kinds of essential amino acids were needed. Both the total amount of amino acids or essential amino acids are: Cotyledons> natural base> natural sclerotia. The black-shelled narcissus has a high content of amino acids, which has high research value in medicine and nutrition and has good prospect of development and utilization.
