德育的目的,在于使受教育者人性得到丰富和完善,促进人的全面协调发展。传统“说教”式德育,把受教育者当作各种道德规范的接受体,学生处于被动受教育的地位,既不全面,也不协调。同时,现在的中、小学生早已不再单纯得像一张白纸,而是一个具有独立思想的、较为复杂的准社会人了,他们特别希望通过自主的探究性学习活动,来学会做人、学会求知、学会做事、学会共处。简单的、说教式的德育已经不受学生们的欢迎,新时期的德育工作必须寻找到一种能够受学生欢迎的形式。
The purpose of moral education is to enrich and improve the humanity of the educated and to promote the full and coordinated development of people. The traditional “spiritual” moral education treats the educated as an acceptor of various moral norms. Students are passively educated and neither comprehensive nor coordinated. At the same time, the middle school and elementary school students are no longer just a piece of white paper, but rather a quasi-social person with independent thoughts and more complex quasi-society. They especially hope to learn to be a person and learn to learn through independent inquiry learning activities. Seek knowledge, learn to do things, and learn to live together. Simple, preaching moral education has not been welcomed by students. The moral education work in the new era must find a form that can be welcomed by students.
