用于航空材料中的高温合金碲含量应小于0.00005%,否则将对合金的机械性能产生很大危害性;造成晶界脆化,持久强度及塑性降低。常用的丁基罗丹明B、铁—菲罗啉和铋试剂Ⅱ等分光光度法已不能满足要求。极谱法是测定痕量碲的较好方法之一,本文借鉴文献的研究成果,试验了碲-铼催化极谱法底液条件、干扰离子及其消除,应用于高温合金中痕量碲的分析。方法测定下限为0.00001%碲。
The tellurium content of the superalloy used in aeronautical materials should be less than 0.00005%, otherwise the mechanical properties of the alloy will be greatly jeopardized; grain boundary embrittlement, long-lasting strength and ductility will be reduced. Commonly used butyl rhodamine B, iron - phenanthroline and bismuth reagent Ⅱ spectrophotometry has been unable to meet the requirements. Polarographic method is one of the better methods for the determination of trace tellurium. Based on the research results of the literature, the conditions of the bottom liquid of the tellurium-rhenium catalytic polarography, interference ions and their elimination are studied. The method is applied to the determination of trace tellurium in superalloys analysis. The lower limit of the method is 0.00001% tellurium.
