目的:了解海南省社会公民对中医的认知和需求现状。方法:对6000例海南省社会公民进行对中医的认知和需求现状的调查,并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果:①认为中医是科学的占96.48%,不科学的仅占1.48%;相信中医者占94.45%;患病后首选中医者占70.93%;有中医药诊治经历者占82.59%。对中医药疗效满意者占82.59%,对中医药治疗费用满意者占72.96%;认为中医有保健作用的占70.93%,认为保健费用可接受的占76.11%;疗效好(68.52%)、副作用小(43.33%)、费用低(42.22%)、医疗、保健作用明显(38.70%)排在“中医药优势”的前4位;汤药(58.89%)、中成药(58.69%)、推拿按摩(49.07%)、针灸(48.15%)位列“最喜欢的中医药治疗方法”前4位。②在“选择中医师考虑的因素”的调查结果中,医生的名气占75.93%,医生的年龄因素占11.85%,医院的名气占12.22%;对医护人员服务满意者占84.44%,对中医院就医环境满意者占65.33%。③在“获得中医药知识的途径”的调查结果中,医生介绍占55.56%,报纸、杂志、书刊占53.70%,电视、广播、网络占42.22%,亲友告知占27.96%。结论:中医药在老百姓的心目中占有一定地位,是简、便、廉、验的治疗手段。
Objective: To understand the cognition and needs of Chinese citizens in Hainan Province. Methods: To investigate the cognition and demand status of 6 000 Chinese citizens in Hainan Province and to make statistical analysis on the examination results. Results: (1) 96.48% think Chinese medicine is science and only 1.48% unscientific; 94.45% believe traditional Chinese medicine (TCM); 70.93% are preferred Chinese medicine after illness; 82.59% have TCM diagnosis and treatment experience. 82.59% are satisfied with Chinese medicine, 72.96% are satisfied with the cost of Chinese medicine treatment, 70.93% think Chinese medicine has health care effect, 76.11% think acceptable health care cost, good curative effect (68.52%), small side effect (43.33%), low cost (42.22%), medical treatment and health care (38.70%) were the top 4 in TCM Advantage, 58.89% in Decoction, 58.69% in Chinese Medicine, (49.07%) and acupuncture (48.15%) ranked the top 4 “favorite TCM treatment methods”. ② In the survey results of “factors that doctors choose to consider”, the doctor’s reputation accounts for 75.93%, the doctor’s age factor accounts for 11.85%, the hospital’s reputation accounts for 12.22%, while the doctors and nurses are 84.44% Chinese medicine hospital satisfied with the environment accounted for 65.33%. Among the survey results of “Approaches to Access to Traditional Chinese Medicine”, doctors accounted for 55.56%, newspapers, magazines and books accounted for 53.70%. Television and radio networks accounted for 42.22% and relatives and friends accounted for 27.96%. Conclusion: Chinese medicine occupies a certain position in the minds of ordinary people, and it is a cure for Jane, convenience, honesty and test.
