1临床资料男,30 min,因胎龄32+4周生后30 min伴呻吟于2013年11月13日入院。患儿因早产儿合并新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症、新生儿肺炎入住新生儿重症监护病房,予肺泡表面活性物质及呼吸机辅助通气治疗。入院第5 d,撤除呼吸机后,患儿应用哌拉西林/舒巴坦联合头孢地嗪抗感染下,肺部可吸出大量黄脓痰,频繁呼吸暂停,并出现呼吸骤停,肺部可闻及较多中粗湿啰音,炎症指标增高(C反应蛋白35mg·L-1,降钙素原1.47 ng·ml-1),考虑感染较重,
