利用工业余热余汽发电,已得到国家的极大重视。具有余热余汽的企业纷纷投资建立小型汽轮发电机组,效益明显。根据调查,已建余热发电机组绝大部分是新设计、新订货、新安装、新设备。发电4000千瓦能力的小发电机组,投资约为二百万元。从设计、订货、安装到发电约需1～2年,回收投资期约为2年,即化3～4年后,方可见到实效。本文介绍我厂改造已建缓用的中压汽轮发电机组为低压余汽发电的方法,投资只30余万元,工期仅1年,平均发电能力4400千瓦/时,当年施工,当年回收投资,已安全运行一万余
