文化是民族发展的关键所在,想要全面实现国家的富强、民族的振兴,就需要大力发展社会主义文化,提高国家的综合国力。21世纪是一个充满机遇和挑战的时代,随着我国逐渐加大对教育事业的投入,图书馆的馆藏种类和结构呈现多元化和现代化的状态,各大高校已经将服务水平和信息水平作为一个提升自己的目标。然而在发展的过程中,各项问题逐渐暴露出来。本文主要希望通过借助图书馆“以人为本”的管理理念,促使高校图书馆可持续发展。

The 21st century is an era full of opportunities and challenges. With the gradual increase of investment in education in our country, the variety and structure of the library’s collections are diversified and modernized. The major colleges and universities have taken the service level and the information level as one Improve their own goals. However, in the process of development, various problems gradually exposed. This paper mainly hopes to promote the sustainable development of university libraries through the help of the library “people-oriented ” management philosophy.
